I have something I think you will be very excited about. This is a fantastic new house-hunting tool that is exclusive to RE/MAX Properties, Inc. in Colorado Springs.
Here is how it works:
1. Stop in front of any house with a real estate company For Sale sign anywhere in the El Paso and Teller County area
2. Call your one access number – 576- 8888
3. You will be prompted to enter the numeric portion of the address
4. Listen for the street name of the house you are interested in and enter that code #
5. Listen to the detailed information on the home
You will then have the option to:
Press 1 to connect to me for more information
Press 2 for mortgage information
Press 3 for the physical address and square footage
It will even email you the listing to review later. No more wasting time calling many different listing agents off the signs and waiting for all of them to call back. One number allows you to check the price and details on any property you see with a for sale sign.
If there isn't a recording it will mean that the property is either under contract or not listed in the Multiple Listing Service.
I would like to set you up to use this service. I think you'll find it very useful. Please email me all of the cell numbers that you want on the system and I'll get them registered right away. Once you are registered you will receive an introduction email that gives some details and you can always call me if you have questions.
You can pass along this great tool to other people that you know that might be house-hunting and don't have a Realtor that they are working with. Just have them call or email me with their cell numbers and I'll register them into the system as well. This will avoid having another agent calling them and bothering them.
